We had tried for years for a child, so when my son was born in 2022, it came as a complete unwelcome surprise to suffer from post-natal depression.
Those early days were incredibly hard for me and my family. The lack of sleep only made everything worse. I was lucky I got the help I needed, from incredible family, friends and my GP.
But when it came to sleep, I felt desperate for a change, which led me to dive deep into everything related to infant sleep. I became truly fascinated by the subject and couldnβt get enough of learning how to improve sleep for both my baby, my husband and myself. I trained as an infant sleep consultant so I could help others who are struggling.

A 1 hour video consultation where weβll discuss your current sleep concerns, explore practical solutions, and agree on a step-by-step plan to move forward. Youβll also have the chance to ask any questions along the way.
A completely personalised and bespoke sleep plan sent to you - this is everything we have discussed during our consultation, written clearly and in an easy-to-follow format.
Youβll have three weeks of daily support via WhatsApp (7 days a week). You can message me with questions or updates, and Iβll be there to guide, reassure, and cheer you on every step of the way.
