About Me

My son made a pretty dramatic entrance into the world in 2022. During labour his heart rate dropped significantly and he made a very speedy appearance via emergency C-section.

After he was born, I struggled with postnatal depression, and the sleepless nights only made everything feel more difficult. I just felt so lost, not knowing what to do or where to turn.

I still find it hard to look back on those days which in itself is incredibly sad. I am lucky that I got the help I needed, I had the most amazing husband to lean on and had incredibly supportive family and friends.

Lack of sleep really impacted my ability to parent effectively. I felt desperate for a change, which led me to dive deep into everything related to infant sleep. I became truly fascinated by the subject and couldn’t get enough of learning how to improve sleep for both my baby, my husband and myself.

Which is where I found out about Sleep training. I found the best in the business β€˜The Sleep Consultant Academy’ and gained my qualification as an OCN Certified Infant Sleep Consultant.

Hi, I’m Lucy and I know how overwhelming sleepless nights can feel.
